Please read these before relying on a figure from BillDecoded.
Estimates, not your bill
Figures on BillDecoded are worked out from published rates. The amount you owe is the one on the bill from your power company, which can include arrears, adjustments or penalties we cannot see.
How we use care
We check every figure against the regulator's order and fix mistakes the same day we learn of them. Rates can change without notice, so check the date on each page and your own bill before acting on a figure.
Not professional advice
Nothing on the site is legal, financial or engineering advice. For decisions such as installing rooftop solar, get quotes and advice suited to your home.
Links to other sites
We link to regulators, government sites and other sources so you can check our figures. We do not control those sites.
